Pros

Nonstick is great. Superb quality and great pan.

Non-stick but still browning well. No warping. The non-stickiness seems to be eternal. I still use a touch of butter, eevo or coconut oil for flavoring.

Just get the best and pamper yourself. It's very easy to clean and it is very nonstick.

Cons

Even j kenji lopez alt says don’t waste your money on these. Bought a set and the 8” & 10” are good but the 12” has warped with minimal usage. Almost useless now.

They tear in small pieces rather than peeling off easily as one piece. Never put in the oven and never under water while hot.

Teflon is the best non-stick material on the market, but it's not durable. Lasting only 1 month of minimal use, is inexcusable. I can't make pancakes on it or salmon because no matter how much oil i use to help it not stick, it still sticks. Find some... Read More

Price

Ordered this pan via amazon used and got a $40 discount.

I've been through at least 3 cheaper priced and quality fry pans and they all chip and lose their non stick capabilities within months!

For the price, you would think these little bugs would be worked out.

While it was not inexpensive, you get what you pay for in this case.

Packaging/appearance

As soon as you take it out of the box you know you made the right purchase.

Competitiveness

Best of all, it does not warp from the heat like another high-end brand we bought earlier did.

Such a better pan - no comparison to the blue one.

I have other pans from le creuset that look and cook like brand new.
