That is they quit working but the red indicator on top of the remote still flashes when buttons are pushed

The most common cause of this is that the remote and the controller are no longer paired

Most of the time it works great but sometimes it takes 3060 seconds of clicking the buttons to finally get the two devices to talk to each other
