This light clearly shows the difference between the front and back of white-on-white cotton fabric used for quilting. My son loves doing the make it mini resin sets with me. Found a set of uranium cups and saucers on the 1st thrifting trip.

Cons

The radius of the light when projected onto a wall (with strong enough black light concentration) is like 10 inches in diameter at most. It’s a cheaply made chinese piece of garbage. I've seem promotion giveaway flashlights that work better.

I replaced the batteries with good quality alkaline batteries.

This light works well and has a good-sized lamp while still being compact enough for a purse (works on uranium glass).

Small sturdy needs aaa batteries long lasting

I mainly got it to locate pet urine but i also collect marbles and it's cool to find the ones that glow.

Competitiveness

I have tried a few different i’ve fkashlights including the braun (from harbor freight) and the hobby lobby light before buying this light.

I would say it is a great cheaper option as opposed to getting a more expensive brand.
