Overall quality is impressive - perfect alignment of holes for assembly so no problem bolting parts together; all parts including bolts, washers, lock washers and nuts of good quality; instructions excellent - clear photos - easy to read and follow; 2" tube fit into the receiver is pretty good - i bought a hitch tightener but may return it as the fit really is not sloppy; it's true the grate is only spot welded every third one on the bottom but there are also spot welds on the top at the center of each half and at each side of the assembled center; welding is decent - i'd give them a grade of b+  Read Less
