Sinek revisits the tenets of servant leadership coined by richard greenleaf in his 1970s article the servant as leader. He unveils why certain teams thrive in trust and support, while others drown in conflict and betrayal.
Each time i reread this book, i gain something else or perceive a message in a different way. He also gives what i believe is a balanced view on millennials & generation z's.

The hardcover copy i have is 230 pages and could easily be reduced to 100 to 150 pages without losing any of the meaning
