Pros
Perfect umbrella for our condo balcony. Construction feels solid and the shade moves around and pivots well. One slight disappointment is the beach screw that you dig into the ground to stand up the umbrella.
The folding mechanism is ingenious. It turns heads on the beach, is easy to carry, and keeps the sun off very well. Easy to fold.

I do recommend you set it up with the wind in mind- keep post where wind comes from and leaf in direction the wind is going.
