I bought a leap reader in walmart with some books and my kid enjoyed it after two months i ordered this product but simillar to others i was not able to download the companion audio for this

During check out it said the book is not compatible with leap readeri got confused and reached out to leapfrog customer care they guided me nicely and got all the relevant details and sent me another piece of leap readerthis model no was different than the one i used before

Your kids will like it just make sure you buy one for each kid because it’s hard for them to share and make sure you buy a pen for each kid because they may not want to share
