I think that speaks volumes for it's durability. They are easy to throw in my purse or take in the car for something for her to do. The wrap-ups are top-notch.
Use all math wrap ups as basic math resources for homeschool. Great for memorizing math facts, especially if you have a hands-on type of learner.
The cd reinforces the work she’s doing. She is very proud when she checks and she has gotten them all correct. The cd alsoreinforces her self-assessment.
Cons
Its very bulky for even my hands to hold. And then the string is long (of course) so its very hard to manipulate.

Though the key is bulky to handle at first once the kids get the hang of working the strings and holding the key they get to know their math facts
