Used daily in my nightstand and great for travel. Keeps me from scratching my dresser.
Leather is very thick, and the tray keeps quite rigid, despite its size. The leather is soft but sturdy and has that high quality look and feel you expect to find when you visit a fine leather store. Leather is thicker than expected.
Cons
Seemed like nice, sturdy leather, but the inside was all scuffed upon arrival. Horrible quality control and disappointing from a usa made product. Don't buy from this seller.

I put 3-4 coats of leather conditioner on it- corners literally needed 6 applications to get rid of the cracks.
It was really cracked in the corners where it bends, and as a whole on the bottom as it did not lay flat.

Beautiful piece with a more than reasonable price.
Feels like something expensive you’d buy in italy.
It was also larger than expected which made the already reasonable price so much better.

Item did have some chemical odor when first arrived, but that went away after a while.
Packaging/appearance
It also came packaged very nicely, which made giving it as a gift quite easy.
Came lopsided and spins on my dresser, but i guess it is what it is.

Great product now after i broke it in with conditioner and massaging for about an hour
