Overall, i'm pretty satisfied with the blast.
Highly recommend this product to anyone who's looking for a cheap and quality multitool with functionallity in day to day life.
So it is back to the blast with the gerber as a back up.
Go grab them while they're still available especially with the amazing price from amazon.

The price is why i gave it 5 stars even though it has some draw backs.
For the price, or any price really, its simply unbelievable and an outstanding value.
Packaging/appearance
The one thing i liked about my other multitool was that the tools/blades were on the outside.
Competitiveness
If you're in any way handy or in need of a multitool buy this and you won't be disappointed.
It has all the basics required for a multitool.
The wire striper doesn't work well while the rest of the tools are great considering that it's a multitool.
This is such a usefull tool to have at the campsite.

Ive owned the basic leatheman for years before they stated naming them that was lacking a few features and it didnt lock any of the tools open which meant the blade and screw drivers would unexpectedly close on my fingers

I still like my leatherman wave better but it cost a lot more i paid about 70 dollars for it

The only tool missing from the blast that i would have liked is the package opener but that isnt present on the wave or supertool 300 either

The nylon pouch for your belt is unobtrusive but the velcro snap can not be folded over the back so you have to open and close it whenever you want to use the tool

Two side of pliers matches each others at their end however when they are closed they are not strictly parallel to each other

As long as one remembers that this is a handy substitute for several fullsize tools not a actual set of tools but something to make do with then the sturdiness and design quality becomes obvious
