Pros
Molle strap system works great. Strong velcro provides extra give room due to hook and loop surface area placement. Quality product, good stitching and durable.
Leatherman xl molle sheath is much better quality than the large molle sheath with the added bonus of more pockets. Great pouch for the price. Little bulky when attached to the hip fully loaded, but reasonably understandable.
Cons
The button/snap on the molle strap was broken. Didn't realize there is a snap button on the belt loop.

Nice build quality, way nicer than the piece of garbage they give you with your letherman.
High quality stitching around seems, molle loops and velcor.
Inappropriate use for the product when it works great for its intended application.
It's a little tight but the standard pouch with the surge absolutely won't fit all that stuff, which i think is a bad move by leatherman.
Price
Other than not i have no issue with it great price very well constructed.
Is well made and will work for years meeting my needs.
Competitiveness
Hopefully, it will be sturdier than the older ones.
Mine is stuffed to the gills with exchangable bits and my tool so it taken a beating.

If the elastic was placed higher toward the opening of the pouch i would give this thing 5 stars without any thought

I considered returning it but it holds full size double stack glock magazines just fine

I found the large velcro closure it to be too cumbersome to open and pull the tool out quickly

Several reviewers mentioned problems with the snap buttons popping loose but more than likely they think this is made for a standard belt when it’s intended to be used with molle
