The 420 hc is a well-known and respected brand. The cx version is a little more pricy than the standard model, but it's worth the extra money to have a non-serrated blade.
The pliers are rugged and effective. The knife for a myriad of tasks and the pliers primarily for pulling out stubborn stakes.
Cons

I had to hammer the through-pin to tighten the spring, which for $80 is a little less than impressive.

Although i was tempted by the higherend wave arc and surge models i had to be honest with myself and really think about what i realistically use and need on a daily basis
