Packaging/appearance
What i liked most was the packaging it came in.
It loses a star for having a defect in the black oxide coating.
Competitiveness
It's a 5-star tool that came in a 2-star 'operational condition', but the tool is so awesome that i kept all 5 stars.
The charge ti is smaller, so for people who need a small multi-tool, it is a quality item and i love the titanium option.

Its a good idea to have these maintenance items on hand anyways because you will eventually need them to periodically maintain its condition but the condition it came in brand new was frustrating since it is a topoftheline tool

First all of the reviews talking about the coating coming off and having black hands were accurate

Normal torx bits will not work because they do not have the tiny hole in the middle of the bit and will not allow the screw to loosen

These are security screws that hold the tool together which is great but it means normal torx bits dont work

Apparently leatherman did not care to make sure their product was properly lubed or free of excess coating after manufacturing
