I found that this provides good level of illumination, not too bright, but not too dim either, from one line of leds under the cabinets.

They grab the channel by the edge, but there is no positively defined groove in the channel itself.

Evenly disburses light and softens the glow.

Price

Great price for nice looking aluminum channel.

A little pricey but it worked well and looks nice.

They could have kept the hardware and took a few bucks off the price but overall i'm satisfied.
