I used this unit with the included individual wire attachment to easily test devices that i want to wire into my car's 12v system.

My adapter broke and i wanted a replacement that had an onoff switch

It is not a heavy duty build but i used mine to plug into rear power port on tahoe and have a aftermarket led light attached to ceiling and this ran up to it so when i open hatch i just press button on plug to power it on it glows red when on then press to turn off

I took a gamble on the end plug fitting and lucked out it worked right for me
