Pros

This is easily one of the main sets that any serious lego collector should own. The detail is incredible and worth the money. Highly recommend this product.

Three floors. First floor is a grocery store, second floor is an apartment with a fireplace and stairs, third story is a combination apartment/terrace. Second and third floor have a few basic starter items.

Each child was given one layer to build. We had a lot of fun putting it together and watching it grow from the 1st floor to the 4th and final floor/roof.

This set is nicely adorned with the grocer (first floor) pretty much fully stock/furnished.

Link any lego product the quality is 2nd to none.

The green grocer was on their list for some time and was a big hit this christmas along with the cafe' corner and market streets.

Price

Hurry and get it before the price increases even more.

Competitiveness

Great lego product and worth every penny even when purchased on the secondary market.

They are counting on people to be desperate and pay their ridiculously inflated prices!

My collection would be complete it i can find the world market and cafe corner at a decent price.
