This is a really great toy for a child, so if you're getting it for that purpose, your kid will probably really enjoy it.
The first time i built it, then the second time i put it back together after it fell apart in my arms moving it.
These are not at all flaws with the set itself.

Overall, a good toy for a young child 12 or under, albeit a bit expensive at $160 or so.

Having said all that if youre an older kidteenager or an adult and want the set to actually be 34realistic34 or as realistic as is possible in a fictional world such as star wars this set is too small and simplistic to be a satisfactory standin for the yavin 4 base

The area where general dodonna is supposed to brief the pilots on the death stars weakness is also too cramped to put more than a couple of minifigures in there

If youre looking to get an xwing to supplement the ywing the ages 4 xwing fits nicely
