Pros

Most double rocker switches (2 switches on top of each like the picture) are both single pole. This unit has 2 spdts, one above the other. Comes with a factory installed, (and designed to be removed) split tab on the back side that shorts or connects ... Read More

Cons

This switch is a disaster. The two line common lugs are on opposite sides of the switch. The switch is deeper than normal double rockers and you will have a hard time with wiring holding it from fitting in a crowded box.

I had two hot lines for the product: to install as a 3 way switch and other as always hot power outlet.

Works great for our bathroom fan with light.

Bought 2, one outlet only works with the switch.

The illustration and instructions note advise pulling out a split tab protected by a plastic cover on the back of the product.

Exactly as shown, worked great and half the price i would have paid at home depot or lowe’s

Competitiveness

In alot of modern house 3way switches are becoming more & more common.

This switch was required to get all the features of my newly installed exhaust fan which has a noght loght and a full light.

Previous to this switch i had their competitor's version installed, and it failed miserably.

I wired one as a 3-way and the other as a single pole.
