Pros

Installation is fairly simple. It comes preset for 30 seconds on time and it is easy to reset if needed. As my arms are full with the laundry baskets, this makes turning on the light effortless!

The wire nuts are small, but i was able to use the existing house wire nuts where there was a small bundle of line/hot wires. Connect one of the runner (traveler) wires to the black wire of the rrw600u.

Cons

Wiring instructions for 3-way switch are poor. Not good for a novice dyier. This device has a grounding screw, not a wire. All defective except for 4 of them.
