Pros

This is a quality outlet that won't bend or flex when a plug is inserted. The only thing i don't like is that the outlet feels like it holds plug prongs more loosely. The functionality is exactly the same as any other standard outlet.

These are very attractive receptacles, with the subtle embossed logo surprisingly adding to the appearance rather than detracting. It has a warm metallic finish that compliments/almost blends in with my mushroom/brown/taupey colored walls.

Overall, i am pretty pleased with how it turned out. Legrand is a great brand. The product is great.

Cons

These 'tamper resistant' plugs are virtually impossible to use. The terminal block is not rectangular, so wrapping the terminal block with electrical tape is clumsy and unreliable.

Plastic retaining washers for the mounting screws are garbage. The front protrudes. By design (flaw) it sticks out a dumb distance from the front.

So i got these at a great price.

Price cannot be beat for a decorator outlet.

With the cost of this, i'm almost thinking of buying a bunch for the rest of the house.

It looks so much better than the outlet that was there.

Very clearly marked terminals, and the box included "gfci protected" stickers for regular outlets fed off of this.

It came in a retail packed so it’s nice and safe!

I also purchased the open box item and they were in perfect condition other than the box damaged.

Competitiveness

It is better than the4 ones at home depot, very surprised at this unknown (to me) brand.
