Pros

The switch is wired as a 3-way configuration. It can control 1 item has 1 hot feed and 1 wire to the item you wish to switch. Other brands like leviton operate side ways.

It looks great and solved what appeared to be an impossible problem. Glad to locate. Works as described. Now the kitchen remodel is complete.

Legrand / pass & seymour is, and has been, a quality brand for a long time. High quality item.

Cons

Switches that have horizontal rockers are so much easier to use. Very disappointing as these are installed in a bathroom that will often be entered in the dark. The switch is deeper than normal double rockers and you will have a hard time with wiring ... Read More

I have two young kids that are always smashing the light switches so can’t really blame the product.

I had two hot lines for the product: to install as a 3 way switch and other as always hot power outlet.

The illustration and instructions note advise pulling out a split tab protected by a plastic cover on the back of the product.
