The four star rating is for the control itself, all legrand products are great, it is really the title that should be corrected.

Misleading name on amazon, this unit does not and cannot control the light on the fan.

Please make sure you are only buying this for a fan and not a fan/light combo as it will not work as a single one-gang item.

The box on the back of the switch is pretty much the full depth of a switch wall box.

Competitiveness

I bought this more expensive fan controller because of the fan hum.
