Product works to lower ph/calcium in the tub. Clear instructions describing how to use and how much.

Cons

Container mouth is too narrow to fit a table spoon - need to use many tea spoons instead. Concentration of the product is low, and relatively ineffective. Product in box was not sealed. Try someone else's product with easier packaging.

The spa down granules works well, although for my hardness i notice i have to put about 2 oz in each time to notice any change in ph.

I’ve been purchasing my spa products from a local store & once i found the incredible deals on here, i was paying waaaaaaay to much.

We had an issue with the incorrect number of bottles being shipped and the customer service to rectify the problem was excellent.

Both tops came broken but gave me a full credit and i just transferred all the product into one large plastic container.
