Pros
All the grossness comes together at the water line so you can just wipe away. We are so careful about washing off deodorants and lotions before we get in the hot tub. This morning it is back to being a glistening oasis!
Used in our spa to help clear. All the gunk and brings it to the top. I use it in my swim spa and love how it clears the cloudy!
Cons
The product comes in an opaque bottle so you have no idea how much you have poured into your spa. Once one opens the seal and uses a small bit of the liquid, there is not way to adequately re-close the bottle.
The only way for a hot tub to get cloudy like those in the photos on amazon is for you to literally bathe in it and never change the water.

Packaging/appearance
Either leisure time has completely changed their packaging or this is a knock-off product.
I then removed the filter and rinsed it off until clear and put back into the tub.
Competitiveness
We always use a pre-filter when filling but know that the iron content in the well water in our new house is very high.
