Pros
Works as intended a bromine starter. I know it's bromide because i've oxidized it. My hot tub remains disinfected without having to worry about the super strong chlorine smell.
Great product and it lasts! Did leak a bit in shipment, but not much. Used a very little bit, should last us a long time.
Cons
Awful, seems like a counterfeit product. Shady business practice and pathetic customer service.
Four times the recommended dose and it's still barely even registering any bromine base. This sodium bromide product is like a placebo or something. This says tablets.

Product is great, works exactly as advertised.
It last about a week before dissolving.
Dumping an entire bottle (as some reviewers have done) will not make your bromine levels show up on a strip.
Price
Switched my hot tub over from using frog ease due to the high cost and erratic life of the carriages.
So much more cost effective than the frog ease.

Although one container had spilled its contents in the original shipment, the selling company was great!
Came back the next morning and checked the bromine level and it was a bit high so i closed down the dispenser adjustment slide.

I followed the directions and put in the amount into my hot tub ran the pump then added my bromine dispenser filled with bromine tablets of course and covered it up

Bottle was shipped in a box with no plasticpaper padding and had opened during shipping

This is a pretty good source for sodium bromide but its unfortunately expensive for just a pound
