So i can definitely say that i am satisfied with my purchase.
Very nice quality mattress pad the top layer feels like a soft flannel and this is the problem, it sleeps hot.
It also doesn't affect any of the tempur-pedic.

This is a major upgrade from our old waterproof protector which had shallow pockets and crinkled when you laid down on it
