Pros

Flat cables can sometimes be tucked between the carpet and baseboard to hide them. Reasonably priced generic flat network cable. It is a simple long flat cable but packaged with other stuffs that are somewhat off.

Both ends were also very solid with the connectors.

The connectors have high quality pins compared to two other cheaper cables i also bought.

However, it indicates to me that the manufacturing quality of the rest of the cable should be equally high.

My starlink ethernet port was throttling down to 100mb/s with the cat-5 cable that i made.

Competitiveness

Speed almost doubled what i was getting compared to wifi - and better than what i could get with an older cat5 cable.

I was upgrading my servers and nas to 10gb ethernet and i needed a longer cable to reach my qnap nas.

As a cat-7, it's rated at higher speeds, but remains backwards-compatible with older protocols, like cat 5 & cat 5e.
