I'm willing to be about 80% of our r-45 cable needs can be satisfied with these 3' lengths. Thorough put is fine with these especially since they are cat 8's. I really like the way they snap into place when inserting them; it's a real precision fit.
The 4 cables all have different colored ends - if you want everything matching, that might annoy you. I needed two catx cables because it's the summer and the summer means lighting. This set of colored cat 8 patch cable works as expected.
The pvc cover on the cable is thick and smooth, and yet still extremely flexible and pliable. I am hopeful this one last longer with the braided wrap they have on it.
Metal (not plastic) with a substantial molded plastic end where it attaches to the cable itself. Very high-quality and thick coating on cord. Both the braid and connectors are made with quality in mind.
Most cheaper cables that feature such a system have a sort of molded plastic half bubble. It makes it easy to track which cable goes where if you have a rats nest of cables.
Cons
The problem is the quality of the cables. The jury is still out on the 1 remaining cord that is still working. I will probably go ahead and replace it with a more well-known and well-made ethernet cable.

Competitiveness
Already bought another cord to replace another cat6 cable i have.
Considering that these are cat-8 cables this is a good price for a 4-pack.
Short run from router to tp-link desktop switch.
I'm not sure i'll ever get used to "flat" patch cables, but it's pretty much de rigueur when it comes to cat7+ pre-made cabling.
