I am very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone needing a desk lamp.
I don't believe the quality of the illumination is the same as a compact fluorescent.
With the lelife led desk lamp, i set it up and haven't had to move it once.
Competitiveness
We love the continuous brighting / dimming feature, and when you turn it off and back on, it remembers your last brightness setting.

When i want the extra illumination i have to move it down to desk level and make several adjustments to get it to illuminate exactly where i want
