Pros
It comes discretely packaged and very well packaged. It's a little pricey, but really good quality. The warranty is incredible.
The rotating motion is unlike anything we have tried before, and we were pleasantly surprised. It gives some different sensations. The inside and outside vibration with the movement feels fantastic.
The silicon is so soft, it's very easy/comfortable to put in. This has an added bonus that you can touch/tap/move around your partners body to increase arousal.
Lelo does not disappoint. Fellows don't be intimidated by toys in the bedroom. Lelo offers a one year warranty on all their toys.
Cons
Painful to use and woefully anatomically incorrect. It doesn't stay in place, it is so bulky that it painfully jabs both partners. Both fails to accomodate partner play due to lack of space.

It looks and feels great, much like the other lelo products we have purchased.
Hold the button on the insertable unit until the light comes on, and do the same on the remote.
All of the above said, we would probably reduce the stars from 5 to 4 due to the price.

The first one is by tilting the remote

Holding it flat provides 10 power while holding it completely on it’s side is 100 everything between of course ranges the power between 10 and 100

Moving the remote slowly or quickly affects the power again from 10 to 100

The middle button on the remote switches the device between the two sensemotion and preset vibration patterns cycling back to the sensemotion after the sixth one
