I registered this product on lelos website but when it came time to file a warranty claim all i got was an autoresponder email promising to be contacted by customer service in the next two days that was two weeks ago and not a peep from lelo

The vibe itself is great with one exception the feature where the vibe reacts to sound is kinda crappy
