Pros
Lelo is well made, waterproof, and cordless. It gets many hours of use on one charge. It's completely waterproof. It comes with a nice pouch and will work even when it's charging.
Top speed is buzzy but pushing it against your bits makes it less buzzy. Almost as good as a hitachi, much quieter and cordless. I love the sensory mode when it goes on low when you remove it from your body to save the battery.
This * is very powerful. The texture is very soft and silky and very comfortable to the touch. The velvety soft, smooth silicone feels wonderful gliding effortlessly over your skin.
It's worth every penny. The siri is great for travel and use on the go. The price on amazon is far better than any deal you'll find in an adult store.
Cons
The described smart touch technology is evidently non existent. The reviewers that have commented that it loses power when it comes in contact with skin are absolutely correct.

That power "lag" you experience is the sensetouch technology - it's designed to do that, but that's not the only setting.

We are very very pleased with this toy, especially my wife and the price you get on amazon is the best price.
I got this on amazon for half of the price they were selling it at a brick and mortar store here in vegas.
It's expensive but well worth the investment.
So glad i bought it from amazon & not from the stores around my home town, i would have paid 3x more than i did

I got this in the mail and had to immediately try it out.
Packaging/appearance
Came with fast discreet packaging, the lelo smart wand came exactly the way it shows.
Competitiveness
Almost as good as a hitachi, much quieter and cordless.
I've never owned a hitachi wand, so i don't have that to compare it to, but the idea of a cordless and waterproof wand is what drew me in.
The price on amazon is far better than any deal you'll find in an adult store.

Like all things that aren’t cheap i save the manual with the receipt and in this case the authenticity card which i think they require to processs the return
