They are strong yet flexible, allowing for easy stuffing without tearing or breaking. They maintain a pleasant texture after cooking, providing a satisfying bite without being too tough or chewy. They fry up crackling good.
The smoked flavor adds a delicious, subtle hint to the sausages. It enhances the overall taste without overpowering the seasoning. A nice mild smoky flavor and well packaged for easy loading.
Cons
My sausage now tastes rancid. The casings shrink dramatically with heat. Do not buy.
