Pros
The only down size for me is that the shoulder straps are a bit too wide apart as i have sloping shoulders. They run on the small side, so i recommend going a size larger than what you normally wear. Never need to pull down or adjust to fit better.
These bras are sooo comfortable even in the hot weather. They smooth out my back and are very supportive without the use of underwires.
The only downside is that you have to take out the pads before washing or else they get wonky. Aside from that i find these bras are easy to put on and are comfortable to wear.
Cons
The foam inserts seem to be a one size fits all. The shoulder straps are also way too long if you're under 5'6/5'7. Sizing is way off.
Can't expect much from a $7. Got a 4x more like a xl disappointing. When one tries to return it, the seller approves online but you pay return postage.

I have bought from other companies which had almost identical appearance, but their product materials are far so inferior to this brand.
Competitiveness
I chose a 4xl size and it's a tight fit but i am losing weight so should fit into it better soon.

Most bras give me a headache before the day is through or dont hold me up or cause a bit of back fat to bulge out andor every other reason some women hate bras

Maybe they wouldnt offer the best support if you performed more active physical exercise like running though
