Pros

Lemon balm helps relax and help you fall asleep. This supplement helps with calming but does not specifically target sleeping. These help me sleep without the overly drowsy feeling in the morning!

Nootropics depot makes great products, and this one is no exception. Nd supplements are kinda spendy, but in my opinion, they are definitely worth it. They are top notch from the best in nootropics. No iso-treatments are available.

Cons

It’s not as good as the tincture extracts i have tried. Very expensive and mild effects.
