Pros

The 2 finger scrolling technique works fine and eliminates the main problem i had. Google classroom is easy for kids to use.

The keyboard is not backlit, but that is not a problem, except in very dim light or darkness. Great trackpad and keyboard. Drop proof and spill proof.

Product is as described by seller. Lenovo always makes great products. This product is amazing! It's exactly as advertised!

Cons

The keys on the 100e are the worst of all my 11-inch chromebooks. Lenovo customer service is likely the worst i've ever experienced. Buy a decent laptop.

It randomly keeps quitting on us. It cuts out during zoom sessions. This is a huge bummer to deal with.
