Pros

It's fast for loading and streaming videos. Comes loaded with a lot of trials and stuff. The processor is fast enough for daily work.

The ssd is twice the size as my old laptop which is nice. It's probably not sufficient for true online gamers but it's perfect for daily home use.

Cons

Lenovo says it is not their machine because it doesn't happen when it is booted to the bios. The motherboard is completely inoperative. The computer is buggy and microsoft office programs freeze up and require restart frequently.

This laptop is a paperweight on my floor. I dislike being misled into thinking this is a $900 computer.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Phone reps know almost nothing and cannot respond with any information other than the canned answers they are given. Sent it back. Reached out to seller and no response.

I contacted the seller whom immediately sent return slap-ons.

The first time i ordered one it got lost in transit(never delivered).

After talking to customer service i was issued a refund and reordered and this one was delivered in great condition.

Competitiveness

The quirky word processor is sometimes irritating but that is microsoft, not the laptop.

I chose a lenovo because their prices are good and my job-supplied lenovo laptop has been going strong for about 8 years.
