I would recommend the legion for under $900, especially if you can apply some of that savings towards some fairly simple and inexpensive upgrades. I'm happy with this being a backup/travel pc.

For its price, it is an amazing laptop that is strong, powerful, and beautiful.
Tl;dr - great performance for the price, modest appearances, doesn’t get terribly loud or hot.

The screen is decent the 120hz panel is nice if you can take advantage of it and while the colors don’t exactly pop the color reproduction isn’t bad

I was a little disappointed in the keyboard but i think some of that is coming from an msi laptop with a steelseries keyboard

However it can be run at 60 fps by tweaking some settings to max and others to medium

The charger is quite heavy so if you plan on carrying the laptop and charger around consider buying a lighter one
