Build quality is good, screen is good, sound is ok but you should use good headphones if you are serious about sound quality.
Watching tv is lovely and clear, and reading with the screen folded back in tablet mode is great.
Price
She's over the moon with it, size is just right, usability is spot on, the specification is good and the price is very good.
Competitiveness
Fabulous value for money compared with others on the market.
Can not fault it and it has become as much of a frien to turn to as my phone.
Very happy so far and at a price lower than the 32gb model!

I ordered 2 of these previously one from john lewis and one from lenovo themselves and returned both of them with the same fault being that once updated to the latest google software the bluetooth refuses to work

Strange as my previous apps installed but adding new ones wouldnt worki tried ringing technical support but they didnt ring back so i returned and ordered a different chromebook
