Fast, durable, clean product. I'm computer illiterate and this laptop makes using easy. The battery lasts for days as well.
Cons
My husband's chromebook keeps freezing and getting kicked off the wifi network. Now it refuses to update. I keep getting notifications but the chromebook will not download the update. Google is a great company for some things, not electronics.
