Yes, it is a little bizzare to get an usb c chager in the box. One downside is that the included charger is usb-c, rather than the dedicated charging port charger.

Quality
The pen works great for inkscape, the sound is good, its fast enough to run the programs i need(gimp, inkscape, etc) i love it so far.
Really like the laptop slim, comes with the pen, good battery life not exceptional but will last you the day.
Battery:it doesn't last long for serious gaming, especially any 3d games.
Blues and greens were also very unsaturated and not vibrant.
Price
Worth it as long as it is around $850 cad, don’t go above it or else you can wait for a deal.
Got it for around 800 so was definitely the best deal for the specs around
Do not want a return as price is much more expensive then what i just paid.
If you want a business companion, it is over spending; if you want play some decent games, sorry, wrong product for you.

I had this laptop for 2 week so far and i'm really happy with it and the support that i received from amazon.
I haven't got the chance to use that long while i'm away from home yet, really hope that day gonna come soon.
Packaging/appearance
Came in just described, and looks barely touched!
Competitiveness
Overall, this is the best laptop that you can find for 710$cad on my opinion.
At the time of purchase, there was no better deal for a 6-core ryzen.
If you don't think so, i'd say we can compare it to other laptop/tablet hyber-machine.

I feel im only getting 6 hours on average which isnt bad at all for a laptop but no where near the 10 hours they proudly advertise

The colours on the screen are also not so great and it isnt the best for brightly lit environments

I also wish there was a cover to snap on the keyboard while its tablet mode since i feel this would be something i want to use in tablet mode most of the time

One big issue unrelated to the actual product itself however is the warranty which will be an absolute headache for whoever has to deal with that in canada since we have to ship to the us apparently

Overall im still having a good time using it as an art tool and for web browsing but people here should be careful of the warranty issue and other small concerning aspects
