Pros
It comes with 3 usb drives and an hdmi drive. If you want to install non-microsoft apps (which most people do) you need to take it out of windows 10 safe mode and there are instructions on how to do so. Love this laptop.
Cons
The device's mouse pad continuously shuts off on me, so i have to reboot the computer. The battery life isn't close to what it should be.

This is because there is no hard drive

Please note there is no cddvd drive and no nic slot which could be a problem if you want a tethered network connection
