Pros
Great laptop, difficult to sync with printer. It replaces a samsung and is so much better. Gb is more than enough for most people buying a chromebook in this price range.
The touchscreen is responsive and accurate. Contrariwise, the flex 5i registers the smallest movements of my stylus. The trackpad is great.
The screen is bright and clear, readable in sunlight. It offers sharp images with vibrant colors. The display is decent in terms of color saturation and brightness.
The keyboard is wonderful imho. I love the fact that the keyboard is backlit as well. Each keystroke registered with a quiet yet solid thud.
Cons
This is bad computer, it constantly freezes in the middle of using it. Not intuitive to set up unfortunately. Will be reluctant to order refurbished item again.

I love the functionality, plug, and play works excellently and chome is a straightforward os to learn.
Been using it for a month, it's a fine quality chromebook.
The screen is bright and it doesn't look and feel cheap.
I just wish i could more easily find replacement parts - i broke the touch screen and now i'm pretty stuck.
Price
The specs on this thing, at $375, is an absolute bargain even for chromebooks!
The price was definitely right, and this is a very nice computer, more than adequate for my needs.
Can’t believe this is all under 400 bucks.
