Pros

The keyboard and touchscreen make it very easy to use! Fast and so easy to navigate through everything. Main goal for the quality of a laptop is to be able to play games as well as the normal surfing and googling that you normally do with a laptop.

Cons

All i do is get bounced back and forth between departments, told to wait a few more days, and told i will receive phone calls back (never do). Bad product. Be warned and beware.

Power cord much to short, falls out of plug due to poor balance in how its made. Have to reset to bring the unit back on. Less than 2 hrs on battery saver.

I find it deceptive that the seller does not state this is a windows 10s home edition. S mode is a sadistic joke foisted on the unaware by microsoft. Ridiculously confusing and time consuming to break the operating system out of microsoft's garden.
