Pros
I am impressed by this laptop. Over all i find this laptop very versatile and easy to use for a mid priced convertible laptop.
It has 2 usb ports, 1 usb type c, a hdmi, a full size card reader and a headpone/mic port. Upgrading to win 10 home should be your first order or business. They leave all the cruft uninstalled and give you the option of installing it.
It feels light weight but in no-way flimsy. I believe the hinges are strong and not easily broken. It seems to have a good ventilation system on it to keep it from overheating.

The screen quality is really good and i like the way the keys and mousepad “click” positively when pressed.
Even with the noted concerns, this is still a nice little laptop for the price (under $500).
With the specs, expect this to be a very basic entry level laptop in terms of performance.

This is a great laptop for a student and the price is decent.

It is very fast and boot time is very fast!
It's quite fast and perfect for web/email/social/youtube.
Packaging/appearance
I found i can draw, sketch or write on the screen.
The top feels like metal and the bottom feels like plastic.

I decided to define my own pagefile of 12 gb and to not allow it to resize itself

If you write slowly you wont notice any lag between where you pen touches the screen and where the line is drawn

There is no red eraser style thinkpad pointer nub on this laptop

It is the diving board style where it clicks physically at the bottom half of the trackpad but not at the top
