It comes with windows 10 home s mode which generally van only install software from the windows store

For family use s mode is more secure but for a business machine the upgrade needs to be done unless youre only using office 365

Its very fast with a good sized screen and does everything i need such as word processing zoom conference meetings web browsing etc
