Pros & Cons
Pros
The monitor is thin, lightweight and easily mounted onto a vesa wall or desk mount. If you have an amd graphics card capable of freesync, it is excellent, even if not using for gaming. The monitor operates at 75 hz and the response was acceptable for ... Read More
The marketing silliness aside, this is a very good utility/business/home office screen, sharp and clear. I have no dead pixels. Ultra-thin lcd is no exception.
Out of curiosity i dl'd the pdf manual to see how detailed it might be as compared to the quick start guide. Pretty funny. It's easy to set up and looks great. A fantastic new display.
Cons
Right off the bat this monitor is an overall failure. Every time i type on my keyboard, this monitor violently shakes because of it's lack of weight and stability. This monitor fails miserable in every area.
It's just a basic va panel with no frills. The edge lit panel just can't produce dark * and stay brightly lit across the entirety of the panel. Given you can get 24 or a 27 ips monitor for the same price, or slightly more, the lonovo monitor also fail... Read More
Highlights
Quality
Good even brightness edge-to-edge, easy connectivity, confusing but usable menu system.
Image quality is crisp, with highly readable text and good image brightness.
That's true for the screen, the thing is, there is a giant box that sticks out the back and runs the length of the device.
Quality seems pretty decent and i have no dead pixels.
Price
The first one is a 27" that i've been using as an inexpensive gaming monitor and been very impressed with.
For its price is a very good purchase for studying, reading and office work, but if you want to play games, you might want to s... Read More
Packaging/appearance
I've included pictures of the box and contents.
Competitiveness
For a monitor this inexpensive, it works great as a work monitor and i like it better than the dell business monitors we have.
I have nine 24 inch monitors in operation on our servers and computers and this monitor compared well to all of those that i have in use.
Detail was much better than the dell, which is important for some of the fine line illustrations i do.
I also went and purchased a highly rated visio but retuned it due to it being worse than the dell.
