Quality
The backpack feels really well-made and durable, with sturdy zippers and straps.
Well made quality zippers and construction and comfortable to wear.
My only gripe with it though is the lock on the side feels very flimsy and possibly plastic in the locking area.
The best feature has to be the security lock on the zipper.

To unlock the backpack you need to slide both zippers to the right side of the backpack if youre looking at the zipper side and the shoulder straps are facing away from you

After the zippers are all the way right the bottom zipper will click and unlock
