Pros
The keyboard, keys and trackpad are all nice to use all with a sleek texture finish. The backlit keys have two levels of brightness. Thermal is great, when stressing the cpu, it only goes up to 85 c.

Good screen and ssd. Lots of ports and a usb c that can be used as a display port. Needs a usb-c dongle to get a second external monitor connected.

Great processing speed, battery life and keyboard quality.
Price
The price is right with all the hardware.
Replacement with same model failed, i looked at my model and they increased the price, i guess that's why it failed.
Shipping
At least amazon pays for shipping and refunds so that not a big deal.
Packaging/appearance
It took me 5 minutes to remove all the packaging but i appreciated it all for security.
This could be avoided with more packaging in the box it comes with.
Competitiveness
These laptops are often available at significantly lower prices than other brands, which makes it great value.

Honestly if there was a rebate or something i would accept it but i would feel regret for years to come if i accepted this defect at full price every time i would notice it
