This is not a touchscreen model and it comes loaded with so much * nonsense and advertisements that pop up. The keyboard is also not ergonomic and comfortable to use. The laptop runs slow and drains the battery within an hour if you're lucky.

I wouldn't toss it around but you can't have everything at this price

The packaging appeared to have been opened before it was packed for shipment.

Competitiveness

After switching over to hp i think i will go back to lenovo.

The biggest downside is still the limited ram size (even for work usage) so i would probably try to find a better deal elsewhere.
